• Proof of purchase is required

How to request a refund

Refunds：

Order Cancellation Timeframe：

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours after purchase if they have not been processed or shipped. Once the order has entered the processing or shipping stage, it can no longer be canceled. If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible.
